John Snodgrass is the Director of Business Development for Sunera's Dallas practice. He brings over 15 years of proven success in providing sales and recruiting services and possesses a strong knowledge of methodologies that aid in streamlining business development and recruiting processes. He has experience building and managing groups as large as fourteen and as a Division Director, he led his team to break regional division revenue records. He was key member of the group that chose, opened and managed the largest Robert Half office in the region. His recruiting expertise encompasses identifying and placing elite level finance and accounting talent with a variety of companies. He specialized in the the permanent placement of roles including Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Director of Finance, and Director of Internal Audit, with a focus on the Southwest region of the United States.
