Lawrence is a Director and is responsible for leading the South Florida office. Prior to Sunera, he served as the Chief Finance Officer of a national healthcare services firm, and has held progressive financial leadership positions in both publicly traded and private companies. Lawrence, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), spent the early part of his career at an international public accounting firm.
Lawrence has led or been involved in a variety of projects over the years including Sarbanes-Oxley, external and internal audits, SEC reporting, process re-engineering, merger and acquisition activities and ERP, and smaller scale system, implementations and enhancements. His industry expertise includes consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and distribution and real estate.
