SALES/MARKETING COORDINATOR
Sunera is a leading provider of corporate governance, risk management, internal audit and compliance services to leading organizations within Canada and the United States. We offer a full-suite of competitively-priced Internal Audit, Consulting and Information Technology services to a diverse client base.
Sunera is currently seeking individuals interested in entering the professional services consulting field in a sales capacity. Candidates must be able to prospect, develop relationships with new customers, and follow-up on sales leads. The successful candidate will qualify accounts to assist in the increase of pipeline opportunities, through a combination of cold calling and warm response management and set meetings for our Partners in Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto. This role will also include providing prospecting assistance for our recruitment process to identify potential employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role will include:
- Perform research to identify potential client prospects;
- Work with office Partners to develop and execute sales/marketing strategies;
- Make outbound calls/emails to prospect, qualify, and establish meetings for the office Partners;
- Utilize phone, email and web tools to effectively communicate our firm's services;
- Make a set minimum of outbound calls per day to enhance lead generation;
- Meet quota for monthly appointment setting goals;
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate data;
- Understand Sunera's wide ranging services as a business & technology risk management counslting firm;
- Assist with development of sales/marketing material and organization of sales/marketing programs;
- Assist with prospecting recruiting leads.
Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent interpersonal and business relationship development skills;
- The ability to articulate & interact effectively with a high degree of confidence with finance and IT executives;
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma;
- 1-3 years of previous inside sales experience preferred but not required;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills via phone and email;
- Strong ability to actively listen and determine prospect's needs;
- Understand how to deliver a compelling message to a business executive and leverage interest into an opportunity;
- Motivated, self-started, goal-oriented, ability to multi-task with high sense of urgency;
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills;
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done.
